About
Pathway Collective
At Pathway Collective, our mission is to empower individuals to experience life fully, with genuine connection, choice, and care at the heart of every moment.
We believe in creating meaningful pathways that honour each person’s unique goals, preferences, and potential for growth. Guided by a trauma-informed and holistic approach, we walk beside our clients, not in front or behind, supporting them to access their community, explore new opportunities, and engage in experiences that build confidence, wellbeing, and independence.
Our support is person-centred and outcomes-focused, designed to align with each participant’s NDIS goals and lived experience. Whether it’s appointments, social outings, nature adventures, or building everyday life skills, we say “yes” to experiences that nurture joy, purpose, and belonging.
Alongside participant support, Pathway Collective also offers contracted business and administration support and guidance for heart-led support workers, including those stepping into the NDIS space and those already established who are seeking greater stability, clarity, and sustainability in their work. We understand the realities of frontline support and provide structures, systems, and professional backing that allow support workers to focus on what truly matters: meaningful, ethical, and connected care.
Rooted in compassion, respect, and presence, Pathway Collective is more than a support service, it’s a partnership. A space where participants and support workers alike are valued, supported, and empowered to grow. We walk in gratitude each day with those who invite us to walk beside them, creating pathways toward greater freedom, inclusion, fulfilment, and integrity in care.
About Belinda
I am an experienced independent support provider, working privately and within the NDIS for the past three years, with a lifetime of experience supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD, complex behaviours, PTSD, addiction, and depression. My approach focuses on keeping participants motivated, engaged, and moving forward, empowering them to take full control of their choices and activities.
Drawing on my background in allied health environments, personal development, managing teams within Government Organisations and alternative therapies, I create a “CAN DO” approach, where clients are encouraged to explore their potential in a supportive, resonant environment. I believe true progress happens when participation is voluntary, and I only work with those who choose to work with me, as this alignment is key to achieving meaningful goals.
I offer support across a wide range of activities, including community access, appointments, day spas, nature adventures, shopping trips, and social experiences, ensuring every moment is guided by the participant’s interests and goals. I choose to only have a handful of clients on a regular basis, which enables me to be present with each and every one of them.
